About
With more than 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations, I’ve spent my career helping organizations build Talent Acquisition functions that can adapt, scale, and support real business growth. I’ve led hiring across technology, sales, consulting, and corporate functions in organizations ranging from fast-growing companies to large global enterprises, including roles with Nexient, Truven Health, Thomson Reuters, NTT DATA, and IBM.
My experience spans everything from standing up TA functions and rebuilding processes to leading large-scale hiring initiatives supporting thousands of hires annually. Over the course of my career, l’ve supported organizations hiring fewer than 50 people a year to environments responsible for more than 21,000 hires annually. I’ve worked through acquisitions, divestitures, rapid growth periods, operational transformation, and evolving workforce demands – experiences that shaped how I approach hiring strategy today.
What drives me most is helping organizations move beyond reactive hiring. I believe TA should be operationally sound, aligned to the business, respectful of candidates, and designed to scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
My approach combines practical execution, thoughtful process design, data-informed decision making, and a willingness to challenge outdated ways of working when they no longer serve the business or the people within it.
Today, I serve as a Fractional Talent Acquisition Leader for growing organizations that need executive recruiting leadership but aren’t ready for a permanent TA executive. I bring the same operational discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership used inside global organizations – scaled to fit businesses at a different stage of growth.

Project Highlights
_____
The projects below reflect a mix of large-scale hiring transformations, operational improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic talent programs designed to help businesses scale more effectively. Click on each highlight to learn more about the challenges and solutions.
Challenge: A mid-sized technology consulting firm relied heavily on external agencies to support sales, general, and administrative hiring, driving significant costs and limiting internal capability development. At the same time, hiring processes lacked alignment, resulting in inefficiencies and a poor candidate experience. Data showed that only 50% of candidates reaching final interviews were selected after multiple prior rounds, indicating misalignment on hiring criteria and unnecessary interview volume.
Solution: Led the transition to an in-house recruiting model, leveraging existing team capacity to reduce agency reliance and build internal capability, resulting in over $700K in cost savings in the first year. Introduced data-driven insights to identify breakdowns in the hiring process and partnered with leadership to address misalignment on candidate expectations. Enabled more focused, efficient interviews by driving clarity on what “great” looks like, improving selection rates, reducing interview fatigue, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Challenge: A global IT organization set out to hire 4,600 professionals across sales, customer success, and engineering to reshape its go-to-market function. The original two-year hiring timeline was accelerated to one year, requiring rapid alignment across global business leaders and geographically distributed recruiting teams. Success depended on managing complexity at scale while maintaining speed, visibility, and hiring quality.
Solution: Led a globally coordinated hiring strategy, partnering across business and talent acquisition leadership to align execution across regions. Built a new data dashboard to provide real-time visibility into progress and blockers, enabling faster, informed decision-making; it later became the standard for other enterprise initiatives. Deployed a multi-channel talent attraction strategy, including targeted events, interview days, and a custom campaign site to drive candidate engagement at scale. Leveraged Agile sprint models across regions to maintain momentum and deliver against accelerated hiring goals.
Challenge: A startup, with significant growth plans through acquisition, lacked consistent, centralized recruiting processes and policies, creating inefficiencies, compliance risk, and uneven execution across the team. Critical areas such as ATS workflows, hiring eligibility by state, sponsorship guidelines, referral programs, and background checks needed to be clearly defined and aligned. Without a single source of truth, teams were spending time searching for answers or making inconsistent decisions.
Solution: Designed and implemented a full suite of recruiting processes and policies, aligning operational workflows with compliance and business needs. Created a centralized TA Hub to serve as the single source of truth for Talent Acquisition and HR, improving accessibility and consistency. Leveraged AI to build “Formi,” an internal assistant that enabled teams to quickly get answers to process and policy questions, reducing friction and increasing execution speed. The result was a more structured, scalable, and self-service recruiting function that was aligned to the goals of the business.
Challenge: Following a private equity acquisition, a mid-sized healthcare consulting firm had six months to fully separate from its parent company and stand up as an independent entity. This required building Talent Acquisition and contractor management functions from the ground up, including systems, processes, and policies. Shortly after, the company was acquired again by a large global technology organization, creating additional complexity with integration requirements and a significant increase in hiring demand to support both business-as-usual and synergy goals.
Solution: Built and operationalized standalone Talent Acquisition and contractor management functions within six-months, ensuring continuity and scalability post-divestiture. Played a key role in acquisition due diligence and led Talent Acquisition integration efforts, aligning processes, systems, and teams into the new organization. Scaled hiring operations to meet increased demand while maintaining execution quality, ultimately supporting over 21,000 hires annually. Expanded leadership scope to guide Talent Acquisition integration for additional acquisitions, supporting a repeatable approach for onboarding and scaling newly acquired teams.
Challenge: A startup initially selected the recruiting module within its existing HRIS, but early configuration revealed significant limitations in functionality and vendor support. The system was not equipped to support the organization’s hiring needs, creating risk for scalability, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience. A new solution needed to be identified and implemented quickly without disrupting ongoing hiring.
Solution: Led a rapid ATS evaluation, conducting market research, narrowing options, and completing deep-dive assessments across multiple platforms to select the right system within weeks. Drove a fast-paced implementation, configuring requisitions, workflows, approval paths, candidate communications, and system integrations, including sourcing and background check tools. Partnered with marketing to launch a refreshed careers site aligned to target talent, while continuously refining the system post-launch to improve usability, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
Challenge: A large IT consultancy’s annual recruiter certification program was heavily focused on process and policy, limiting its impact on real-world recruiting effectiveness. Leadership wanted to evolve the program to build critical skills across Talent Acquisition and Resource Management, but there was no existing framework or content to support this shift. The challenge was to redesign the program in a way that would elevate recruiter capability while driving measurable improvements in hiring outcomes.
Solution: Led the redesign of the certification program, developing a series of skill-based training modules and assessments focused on practical recruiter capabilities. Built comprehensive content covering areas such as identifying adjacent skills beyond the resume, storytelling to engage candidates and hiring managers, data-driven sourcing strategies, and effective use of recruiting technology. Created all training materials, including presentations, scripts, recordings, and assessment frameworks, and partnered with the learning team to optimize engagement and enable progress tracking through the training platform. The result was a fundamental shift toward a more capable, insight-driven recruiting function.
Challenge: A global technology consultancy set an aggressive goal to hire 200 professionals with generative AI skills across the U.S. and India within eight months. The talent market was highly competitive, and internal processes were not designed to support this level of specialized, high-volume hiring. There was also a need to ensure hires could be quickly deployed and retained in a rapidly evolving capability area.
Solution: Designed and implemented a comprehensive hire, train, deploy, and retain strategy in partnership with HR and Resource Management. Built a data-driven framework to track hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and enable rapid decision-making. Aligned talent acquisition with deployment needs to accelerate time to productivity and support long-term retention. The approach was presented at a global HR forum and recommended as a model for similar hiring initiatives.
Challenge: Interview practices were inconsistent across a global IT consulting firm, leading to poor candidate experiences and ineffective evaluation. Candidates reported being asked the same questions by multiple interviewers, signaling a lack of coordination and structure. The business needed a scalable way to improve interviewer effectiveness while ensuring more meaningful, differentiated assessments.
Solution: Designed and implemented structured interview guides built around a comprehensive competency framework. Provided curated question banks for each competency, giving interviewers flexibility while maintaining consistency and focus. Developed dynamic tools that aligned interviewers to specific competencies, automatically generating tailored guides and reducing duplication across interviews. Incorporated technical evaluation components and standardized scoring to improve decision quality, resulting in a more coordinated, efficient, and candidate-friendly interview process.
Challenge: A mid-sized IT consulting firm lacked a structured headcount forecasting model, making it difficult to proactively plan hiring, understand future talent needs, or confidently track progress toward annual revenue goals. Hiring decisions were largely reactive, creating risk around growth targets, delivery capacity, and overall business planning.
Solution: Partnered with the CEO and HR leadership to build a data-driven workforce planning model aligned to business growth objectives. Analyzed prior-year ending revenue, upcoming revenue targets, and average annual revenue generated per employee to determine the number of additional hires required to support projected growth. Incorporated attrition modeling to create a more realistic and comprehensive hiring forecast. Established ongoing tracking against hiring progress and revenue goals, providing leadership with visibility into whether quarterly hiring and revenue targets were on track. This enabled more proactive decision-making, improved alignment between business and talent strategy, and transformed hiring from a reactive function into a measurable business growth lever.
Challenge: A startup consulting organization lacked standardized financial visibility across its staffing business. There was no consistent methodology for calculating margin, leading to confusion and concerns around consultant profitability and pricing decisions. At the same time, leadership had no reliable way to measure revenue backlog or understand whether current staffing levels and projected placements would support annual revenue goals.
Solution: Partnered with the CFO to design and implement standardized margin calculators for both U.S. and India operations, creating a consistent framework for evaluating consultant profitability. The tools enabled teams to model target pay rate ranges based on desired margin thresholds, as well as calculate real-time margin percentages using proposed bill and pay rates. In parallel, developed a revenue backlog tracking model that provided visibility into secured and projected revenue throughout the year. The tracker also identified staffing gaps by calculating how many additional consultants needed to be hired, and when, in order to achieve annual revenue targets. These tools improved financial transparency, enabled more strategic pricing and hiring decisions, and gave leadership clearer visibility into business performance and growth planning.
