Engagements can be fractional-based support or deliverable-based projects and can be set up like the following:
  • Flat hourly rate for as needed support ($X/hour)
  • Fixed monthly rate for a set amount of hours ($Yk/month for Z hours)
  • Fixed fee, deliverable based ($Yk to create interview guides tailored to your environment)
